Christmas 2014 Support Hours

Due to the festive period, our telephone support hours will be slightly different than our normal working hours.

Customers who have a managed service or enhanced care, are still able to contact us using your dedicated escalations number.

Our online helpdesk will still be open for any support requests you may have during the festive period.

Verisign (.net) domain name price increase

The .net registry, Verisign, have increased the pricing for .net domains which comes in to force on 1st February 2014.

We have absorbed several previous increases in pricing but now have to make a slight adjustment to our pricing to customers.

Our base pricing for .net domains is currently set at £7.99 per year. Following the increase, our pricing will be £8.19 per year.

If you have a domain pricing slab applied to your account, your discount level will apply to your domains accordingly at the same percentage as before.

This does not affect any other domains and pricing for those remains unchanged at this time.
