We have received many tickets this morning relating to a possible outage where customers are not able to view (or resolve) any domains that currently point to our hosting platform but where 123-Reg host the DNS.

After testing the DNS servers that 123-Reg assign their customers, no records were returned which indicate a fault at their end.

We would suggest any affected customers to contact 123-Reg as soon as possible. In the interim, you are able to update your nameservers in the 123-Reg to those on your XILO account.

We are getting reports from some customers on Virgin Media that they are unable to access our network. On checking these reports, we have confirmed that we are also unable to get to the Virgin Media network.

This has been raised with our network partners who confirm the problem is with Virgin Media. Unfortunately, as this is outside our control, we’re not able to give any updates as to what the problem maybe. We suggest that all Virgin Media customers contact their broadband helpdesk.
