[Reseller Hosting] Package Changes

We have recently renamed all of our cPanel Reseller Hosting packages.

The new names are as follows;

Mini > XR1
Multi > XR2
Multi+ > XR3
Mega > XR4
Mega+ > XR5

We have also added a new higher product, XR6.

XR6 has support for 100 accounts, 300GB bandwidth, 10GB disk quota and standard features such as Fantastico DeLuxe, Shared SSL, rvSkin and private nameservers.

[Shared Hosting] Package Upgrades

We have upgraded all our standard Shared Hosting packages once again.

Customers are able to change their account limits (bandwidth and disk quota) via their control panel manually should they wish - or you can contact support for us to do this for you.

In addition to increasing the allowances on all accounts, our package names have changed.

SiteHost > XS2
SiteHost+ > XS3
SiteHostXtra > XS4

[Telephone Contact] Number Changes

We have changed our telephone numbers so that customers based outside of the UK will be able to contact us without having to dial different numbers as well as the cost savings to customers based in the UK.

Our new telephone and fax numbers will work along side our old 0871 number for 6 months.

• New: 0346 468 0006 (Int. +44 346 468 0006)

The new 0345 numbers are also only charged at local (lo-call) rates.

Our free-phone Sales number continues to remain the same.
