We are getting reports from some customers on Virgin Media that they are unable to access our network. On checking these reports, we have confirmed that we are also unable to get to the Virgin Media network.
This has been raised with our network partners who confirm the problem is with Virgin Media. Unfortunately, as this is outside our control, we’re not able to give any updates as to what the problem maybe. We suggest that all Virgin Media customers contact their broadband helpdesk.

It appears we are able to get to most hosts on the ex-NTL cable nework, however, ex-Blueyonder (Telewest) customers still may not be able to access the network at this time.

We have re-routed traffic destined for Blueyonder via NTT as a temporary measure until Virgin Media restore the current routes.
