Our VPS servers are based on the FreeVPS technology and come with a standard CentOS 4.x installation. We are also looking into FreeBSD based VPS accounts.

In every case we have looked into, this has been due to the (very old and outdated) monsoon theme.
As this is no longer updated by the author, cPanel, we have decided to remove this immediately and replace it with the similar but far impressive rvblue which forms part of the rvSkin pack.

However, you can also correct this by updating your packages with the new theme which will correct all accounts associated with that package.
