[Resellers] clamAV installed!

After internal tests with the supplied clamAV that is packaged with cPanel Pro that has provided some good results, we have added this to all servers.

You are able to scan your mail, webspace and home directory for known viruses.

The virus databases is updated several times each day.

These upgrades are at no additional cost to our customers.

[Reseller Hosting] NeoMail Address books

During the cPanel ‘mbox’ upgrade, NeoMail was disabled by the script as it is no longer supported.We now have the ability to restore any address books you may have had to Horde.

Please raise a ticket with the following information should you want an address book restored;

  • Each email address you would like restored.
  • Username for the account

We aim to restore these within 24 hours.

[Reseller Hosting] PHP 4.4.1 Upgrade

We are pleased to inform all customers on our reseller servers that we have upgraded PHP to version 4.4.1.

The upgrade fixes several bugs in the previous release and two known exploits.

We will be upgrading PHP on our shared hosting platform shortly.

[Reseller Hosting] ‘mbox’ upgrades.

Due to a bug in cPanels mail platform, we are upgrading all mailboxes to a new format.

There will be no noticeable difference in the way you send or receive your email and it is a server side only upgrade.

However, the NeoMail webmail application will be removed with this upgrade. This is due to support for the application being removed by cPanel.

We recommend that clients move over to the very popular SquirrelMail application which have a very similar feature set to that of NeoMail.
